We have been visiting Santiago and Varro for many years and we love their food and burgers very much. Today we came for lunch and my husband ordered Yucca mashed potatoes (one of our favorites), and he was disappointed because there was almost no silky orchid on the plate, less than half (to quote my husband). It tasted good and everything was delicious.
